After having a few suggestions at the meeting about having people able to delete their own posts and max post length, I looked into it. I have had and still have it set so people can delete their own post, but it doesn't give me the option of deleting own threads. Does anyone have a problem deleting their own post? When you try to delete your thread, does it not allow it?

As for maximum post length, it allows me to set an unlimited amount of characters. I already had it set as such. The only thing I changed, and I can't see it making a difference is it was set to allow 3 "imbedded" quotes from other people per post. I change that to something like 10. I think having it freeze up is more likely a glitch in the system.

About all I can suggest is when doing a larger post, do a copy before "submitting" it. Also if you can't delete a thread, put sold in the title and I will delete it in a few days to allow people to know that the item is no longer available.

Let me know if there are any other concerns... concerns that I may not be able to do much about!!
