Thanks, I made sure everything was kosher before I started spending time on it. I originally was looking just for a chassis to build and then swap bodies over, however, two jeeps is/are better than one. With luck this one will be out of the garage in a week or so and then I can get at the other.

Short day but a few more things done. I was going to use a plastic inner fender for the passenger side but now seeing how the drivers side has turned out I'm back to looking for a wrecked passenger fender.

Decided to dig the old white fender out of the snowbank. Fairly mangled - but nothing that couldn't be corrected with a BFH. My assistant was out practicing for NitroCircus so I had to do the welding myself - doesn't look quite as good - next time I'll have to remember to bring out my reading glasses so I can see what I'm doing.

Started skinning the tops today. Not perfect as we got a bit of heat shrinkage in the wider section. Might be able to fix it with the torch, otherwise we'll just use it to collect rainwater.
